Hi, I’m Kacee

Agriculture has always been part of my story—from growing up on a farm to working across multiple sectors of the industry. But despite my passion for ag, I hit a wall. I was burnt out. I became a serial job-hopper, constantly switching roles and blaming the companies, the products, the pace… but deep down, I knew the truth—I wasn’t fulfilled.

When I became a mom, everything became even harder. I wanted to grow my career and be present at home, but balancing the two felt impossible. I craved a space where others understood this tension, so I started a small Facebook group called Corn Belt Cadence. That space quickly grew to 400 members—and what started as connection turned into conversations, guidance, and support. I realized: this is what I love to do.

To serve this growing community, I pursued multiple certifications—first as a Maxwell Leadership and Personal Growth Coach, then as a financial coach through Ramsey Solutions. So much of ag life revolves around money—career changes, farm finances, succession planning—so that became a key part of my work, too.

As I coached nights and weekends, I slowly began to understand what real coaching is. At first, I gave advice. But with deeper training—including my current certification through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (aligned with the International Coaching Federation)—I began helping clients find their own answers, on their terms.

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, frustrated, and stuck. But I also know what it feels like to break through that—to find clarity, purpose, and peace. I’ve poured years into learning what works… and now, I get to walk alongside others as they do the same.

If you’re anything like me, you’re not just looking for a better career—you’re searching for something more. And I’m here to help you find it.

At the end of the day, my mission is to empower those in agriculture to make intentional choices that align with their goals and values.

I don’t usually call myself a “life coach”—let’s be honest, that title doesn’t always land in our industry. But what I do is help people cut through the noise, shift their mindset, and build a game plan that actually works.

Not one that’s built for their boss, their spouse, or their kids—but one that’s finally built for them.

If that sounds like what you’ve been needing… let’s talk.
